Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Coordinator to oversee the full logistics and administrative process of couture and bridal gown production. Acting as the studio’s central link, you’ll coordinate with the Production Manager, Product Developer, pattern and machinist teams to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to the critical path. You’ll also manage stock and outbound orders in close collaboration with the warehouse team and coordinate alterations for the Davies Street, London bridal store.

Strong communication, organization, and IT skills (especially in Excel, PLM-Flex, and SAP) are essential. Prior experience in production or logistics coordination within a luxury or premium fashion/bridal brand is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Production and Product Development team in UK and Italy to coordinate production handovers to external manufacturers, ensuring efficient, cost-effective production and timely orders.
  2. Follow up on production timeframes, ensuring all gowns are collected from manufacturers and delivered to the warehouse.
  3. Collate and log selling campaign orders and special productions, ensuring data accuracy.
  4. Coordinate repairs and alterations in the studio, ensuring work is completed timely and garments are delivered back on schedule.
  5. Coordinate with the Italian Supply Chain team for PO requests during each production run, ensuring SO coverage.
  6. Create barcodes for each production run.
  7. Supervise warehouse stock levels and support stock takes.
  8. Tag, bag, and seal garments for shipment to clients when necessary.
  9. Support creation of presentation and training materials such as seasonal selling books, lookbooks, and price lists.
  10. Assist during sampling and production fittings.
  11. Check fabric and production availability for rush orders, either in-house or with manufacturers.
  12. Periodically issue MTM/Customization orders to the Pattern Cutting team.
  13. Coordinate timely deliveries, providing all necessary admin information to Warehouse, Customer Care, and Accounts.
  14. Send samples and swatches to stores upon request.
  15. Order and manage office/studio/production supplies, including related PO.
  16. Assist the wider Couture and Bridal team with additional tasks as needed.
Profile & Key Skills:
  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in production or logistics coordination, preferably within a luxury or bridal brand.
  2. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  4. High accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  6. Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
