Gap Personnel Limited is recruiting a Product Content Assistant for a client in Bispham. The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a salary of £26,000-£28,000.

You will maintain product information on the website and in all customer-facing documents, remove dropped products, conduct regular competitor analyses and collaborate with the Operations team to share insights and support the Educational Learning App development.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining product information on websites and portals.
• Regularly conduct competitor analysis to benchmark content.
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Remove dropped products from the website, customer portals and training materials.
• Maintain product information on the website, portal and all customer-facing documents.
• Complete regular competitor analysis.
• Provide updates with the Operations team on customer insights and CDQ feedback.
• Involvement in the Educational Learning App development to support product differentiation.
• Annual review and updating of curriculum links for product, team training and customer content.
