Job summary

PE Global is recruiting a Certification & Compliance Coordinator for a leading multinational company. Based primarily in Bracknell/Winnersh, the role supports product certification, compliance and documentation activities and works closely with internal teams to meet regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will manage regulatory documentation, perform mark-ups, review packaging changes, scan technical files and help maintain accurate, up-to-date records in corporate systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for accuracy.
• Experience working with technical or critical documentation, including creation, mark-ups, proofreading and approvals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within a multinational company is desirable.
• Knowledge of PPE products, relevant standards and regulatory frameworks is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Flexible, self-motivated and committed to maintaining a high level of personal integrity.
• Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a scientific or engineering discipline is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory documentation for product certification schemes.
• Work with the team to support regulatory and corporate changes affecting existing products.
• Prepare mark-ups and request changes to product packaging and labels.
• Scan and archive technical files.
• Support the shipment of regulatory samples for testing.
• Maintain documentation within divisional and corporate systems.
• Perform routine regulatory tasks for new and existing products.
• Support the wider team with technical documentation, proofreading, approvals and other compliance activities as required.
