Harrods is seeking a Product Catalogue Data Administrator for its IT team in London. You will action product creation requests from stakeholders via Freshservice, ensuring data quality and accuracy in descriptions, sizing, colour, barcodes, and related attributes to feed SAP.
Ideal candidates have data entry and data management experience, SAP familiarity, and strong communication with stakeholders. A detail-oriented, deadline-driven mindset and proficiency in Word/PowerPoint are essential.
We are looking for a Product Catalogue Data Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods.
You will be responsible for actioning product creation requests from stakeholders, submitted through our ticketing platform Freshservice, in line with the highest data quality and accuracy standards.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in data entry and data management, and previous experience with SAP or equivalent is still advantageous.
It is important that you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal alongside stakeholder engagement.
