  • A technical or product-related qualification (degree level desirable)

Job description

Join our Harrods Collections team as a Technical Admin Assistant

Providing vital administrative and organisational support to ensure products move smoothly through the development and buying cycle. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As a Technical Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Technical team across all areas of the product lifecycle. Working closely with Buying, Design, Merchandising and Technical colleagues, you'll help coordinate processes, maintain accurate documentation, manage samples and compliance records, and ensure critical deadlines are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and eager to build their career within a fast-paced product development environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Technical team with administration across product development, fittings, testing, compliance and supplier communications.

Hybrid Working Policy

You will also have:

  • Previous administrative experience within a technical, product development or similar environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • A technical or product-related qualification (degree level desirable) and excellent communication and customer service skills.
