Job description

The Product & Project Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative, data management and coordination support to the Product Director, helping ensure product information, reporting and documentation are accurate, up to date and readily available to support effective product management and business decision-making.

The role is responsible for maintaining product data, preparing presentations and reports, updating key documents, tracking actions and coordinating information across teams. It also provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of global product strategy, market trends and the product lifecycle, gaining hands‑on experience across the mobile accessories portfolio.

Working closely with the Product Director and wider cross‑functional teams, the successful candidate will help keep product activities organised, information reliable and key deliverables on track, while building their product and commercial knowledge over time.

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Product Director, including maintaining documentation, organising information, coordinating inputs and following up on actions and deliverables.
  • Own the maintenance and accuracy of product data, reports and supporting information, ensuring records are consistent, up to date and readily accessible. Identify discrepancies and follow up with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Prepare, update and maintain PowerPoint presentations, business reviews, product updates and reporting materials. Gather information from relevant stakeholders, check data accuracy and ensure materials are clearly presented and ready for internal meetings and reviews.
  • Maintain product roadmaps, planning documents, meeting notes, action trackers and other key materials. Track progress against agreed actions and deadlines, following up with stakeholders where required.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of reports covering sales, revenue, profitability, pricing and market share. Help identify trends and variances, ensuring the Product Director has accurate information to support business reviews and decision‑making.
  • Assist with gathering and organising information on competitor products, pricing, features, launches and positioning, as well as relevant market developments and consumer trends.
  • Support product‑related activities throughout the product lifecycle, including product launches, portfolio updates and post‑launch reviews. Maintain relevant information and documentation to help ensure activities are coordinated and key milestones are tracked.
  • Liaise with internal teams to collect information, maintain consistent product data, coordinate inputs and support the timely completion of product‑related tasks and business deliverables.
  • Build an understanding of the mobile accessories market, the company's product portfolio, product management processes and the product lifecycle, progressively developing the skills and knowledge to provide broader support to the Product Director.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain documentation and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy, consistency and quality.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in developing reporting and presentation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with colleagues across different teams.
  • A proactive, reliable and methodical approach to work, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion.
  • An analytical mindset, with an interest in understanding business performance, market trends and product data.
  • An eagerness to learn about product management, commercial decision‑making and the product lifecycle.
