Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Manager in the Product Analytics team for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will lead a team of analysts and an analytics engineer, shaping data-driven product insights to improve experiences for customers, partners and advisors across the globe.

You'll coach, develop and align KPIs, partner with product managers, UX designers and researchers, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams in a tech company or consultancy.
• Proven track record across the full analytics lifecycle, from measurement to delivery.
• Ability to mentor and coach analysts and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a high-performing team of analysts and an analytics engineer.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and KPI harmonisation across the org.
• Define and validate key metrics to provide insights for the Product organisation.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and researchers to understand customer needs.
• Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape across multiple departments.
• Leverage data warehouse/infrastructure to monitor product performance and opportunities.
• Contribute hands-on analytics work alongside the team.
