Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Manager in the Product Analytics team for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will lead a team of analysts and an analytics engineer, guiding how we measure and improve product experiences for customers, restaurant and grocery partners.

As an advocate for data-driven decision-making, you will collaborate with product managers, UX designers and researchers to translate data into actionable insights, set expectations, and coach your team to own their work.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in product analytics at senior IC or lead level.
• Mentored / coached others within analytics roles.
• Experience across the full analytics lifecycle: measurement, experiments, KPI definition and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication under pressure.
• Creative problem solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a high-performing analytics team and an analytics engineer.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and maintain data quality standards.
• Define and validate key metrics to provide insights for the Product organisation.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and researchers to scope opportunities.
• Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and protect team focus.
• Hands-on analytics work and supporting delivery when needed.
