Responsibilities

• Coach and develop analysts and an analytics engineer, with clear expectations.
• Promote data-driven decisions and ensure data quality and docs standards.
• Define metrics and provide insights to improve products and service.
• Collaborate with product, design, researchers to assess opportunities.
• Navigate stakeholders across Product, Engineering, CS and Commercial.
• Leverage data warehouse to monitor product performance and experiments.
• Contribute hands-on with analysis and delivery as needed.
