Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a dedicated Manager in Product Analytics for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will lead a high-performing analytics team, shaping insights that guide product development and improve customer experiences across the platform.

You will partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to define metrics, ensure data quality, and drive data-driven decisions at scale. This role blends people leadership with hands-on analytics across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in product analytics, ideally Senior IC or lead level.
• Strong track record across the analytics lifecycle, from measurement to insight delivery.
• Experience managing demanding or complex stakeholder relationships and prioritisation.
• Creative and curious problem solver with attention to detail and big-picture thinking.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a high-performing team of analysts and an analytics engineer.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and ensure data quality and documentation standards.
• Define and validate key metrics to provide insights for the Product organisation.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and researchers to assess opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape across Product, Engineering, Customer Services and Commercial teams.
• Proactively use the data warehouse to monitor performance and identify opportunities and experiments.
• Contribute hands-on with analytical work and support delivery where needed.
