Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Manager in Product Analytics for a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover. You will coach a team of analysts and an analytics engineer, driving data‑driven product insights across the organisation.

You will partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to prioritise initiatives and ensure data quality, governance and KPI harmonisation. You will actively model best practices in analytics, leadMeasurement planning, experimentation and reporting, and

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in product analytics, ideally Senior IC or lead level.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization (Tableau).
• Experience with Python or R and Google BigQuery; dbt familiarity.
• Experience with Airflow, GitHub and Jira in collaborative environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record mentoring others and driving data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a high‑performing analytics team, setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Promote data‑driven decision making and ensure data quality and documentation standards.
• Define and validate key metrics to inform product decisions and improve service.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and researchers to understand customer needs.
• Navigate senior forums, balance priorities, and protect team focus.
