• Experience presenting to senior audiences and simplifying complex topics.
• Collaborates with Risk, Legal, InfoSec, and Controls.
• Knowledge of Lean/Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

• Produce high quality PowerPoint presentations from stakeholder inputs.
• Develop metrics and filters in Jira/Confluence for tracking and reporting.
• Manage risks and issues, escalating where needed.
• Ensure governance and best practices align with standards.
• Identify and improve processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate use of AI to optimize workflows.
• Support coordination and management of initiatives.
