Job summary

JP Morgan Chase in London seeks a CRM Product Business Analyst within the CIB Core Data group to define and deliver strategic data solutions for CRM initiatives. You will collaborate with Product Solutions and Program Management to align with business needs and priorities.

You will translate requirements into feature specifications, own the backlog, and support onboarding to downstream processing with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience delivering technical and/or operational change.
• 3+ years’ experience in data management, business transformation, or product ownership within financial services.
• Knowledge of Core data and client onboarding processes.
• Excellent analytical skills; ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic solutions and designs for contact data informed from business use case gathering.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders across Wholesale and CRM teams.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, presenting data models and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear feature specifications for development teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with regular reviews and updates.
• Support adoption of the strategic Core data model from onboarding to downstream processing.
• Develop business cases for prioritizing technology builds or enhancements.
• Support Agile methodologies by facilitating sprint planning and reviews.
