Our BTA product team spearheads the creation of best-in-class manged travel spend experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of US G&L and International GCG customers. This is an exciting time to join the team with double-digit growth momentum and a top-level commercial focus on delivering results for BTA in 2025.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You are passionate about how products help customers live their best life. Customers are at the heart of what you do, and empathy drives your decisions. You have customer centric product experience, preferably in a digital and regulated environment.
  • You love to get things done. You make things happen instead of quietly wondering why things are as they are. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility to deliver impactful results.
  • You bring clarity and energy. You are great at communicating and bringing people together behind a common goal. You create clarity and manage conflicting viewpoints in diverse teams to deliver the best outcomes.
  • You enjoy solving complex problems in ambiguous environments using your analytical skills and are eager to learn. You can make creative but pragmatic, data-driven, client-centric decisions about the direction we should take as a product to offer a best-in-class customer experience.

We are seeking for a Product Analyst to support the growth and development of our corporate travel payments product. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering data-driven insights, supporting strategic analysis, and ensuring effective reporting on product performance. You will also take ownership of certain aspects of product projects, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to help shape the direction of new product features and improvements.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Support product reporting & analysis: Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, track key performance metrics, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Deliver insights for strategic decision-making: Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and product usage to support roadmap planning and business strategy.

Lead aspects of product projects: Take ownership of specific product initiatives, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and effective problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to assess complex data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Business decision support: Experience in using data to inform product strategy, assess feature performance, and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Project ownership & collaboration: Ability to take initiative in managing key aspects of product projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication & storytelling: Ability to translate data-driven insights into compelling narratives that align stakeholders and support decision-making.

Preferred qualifications

  • Understanding of corporate travel payments & workflows: Familiarity with travel booking systems, expense management, and payment reconciliation to provide deeper insights and recommendations.
  • Experience supporting product launches or enhancements: Demonstrated ability to analyze pre- and post-launch data, measure success, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being. That means we prioritize their physical, financial, and mental health through each stage of life. Benefits include:

  • Support for financial-well-being and retirement
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits (depending on location)
  • Flexible working model with hybrid, onsite or virtual arrangements depending on role and business need
  • Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on your location)
  • Free access to global on-site wellness centers staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location)
  • Free and confidential counseling support through our Healthy Minds program
  • Career development and training opportunities

Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
