Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an accomplished Programme Manager to lead the coordinated delivery of our Procurement transformation portfolio in the UK. You will translate strategic priorities into a clear, integrated programme of change and establish governance, plans, controls and reporting across complex initiatives.

You will work with sponsors, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive benefits realisation, manage risks, and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes while maintaining BAU

Qualifications

• Demonstrable programme management experience within complex transformation, procurement, or business change environments.
• Strong governance, portfolio management, risk management, and benefits realisation principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of Procurement's transformation portfolio.
• Develop and maintain an integrated programme roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
• Governance, reporting, risk management, and escalation processes for effective decision-making.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across governance, supplier management, technology, data, and change initiatives.
• Produce Steering Committee papers, executive updates, and programme performance reporting.
