Job summary

Harvey Nash is partnering with a maritime business in London to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Procurement Transformation programme, delivering a new SaaS procurement platform across the organisation.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement, drive testing and go-live, ensuring a smooth transition to BAU and operational stability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SaaS or procurement transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience managing complex technology-led change programmes.

Responsibilities

London 3/4x pw | Initial 10 month | Outside IR35

I have currently partnered with a Maritime business who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Procurement Transformation programme, implementing a new SaaS procurement platform across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a Procurement Transformation programme
• Manage project plans, governance, risks, stakeholders, and vendors
• Drive testing, business readiness, cutover, and go-live activities
• Ensure a smooth transition into BAU support and operational stability

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering SaaS, or Procurement transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience managing complex technology-led change programmes
• PRINCE2, PMP, or APM certification beneficial
