Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an accomplished Programme Manager to lead the coordinated delivery of a strategic Procurement transformation and improvement portfolio in the UK. London or Newcastle locations with hybrid work.

You will translate strategy into an integrated programme of change, establishing governance, plans and reporting to deliver complex initiatives across procurement, data, technology and organisational change.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end transformation programmes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align priorities.
• Proven track record in governance and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of procurement transformation.
• Establish integrated programme roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and benefits.
• Develop governance, reporting, risk management and escalation processes.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across governance, supplier management, technology, data, and change.
• Produce Steering Committee papers and executive updates.
• Manage third-party partners and delivery providers.
• Support business case development and implementation plans.
• Champion best practice, continuous improvement, and delivery standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management for uptake.
