A leading professional services firm is seeking a senior procurement leader to take ownership of a high-profile transformation programme across the built environment. With over £1bn in spend under management across FM and construction categories, this role offers the chance to deliver long-term strategic value across a major UK portfolio.

You’ll be stepping into a role with high visibility, leading a large team and working closely with C-suite stakeholders to execute commercial strategies that drive measurable cost transformation and operational efficiency.

The Opportunity:

This is a senior leadership position within a business that is investing heavily in change. You’ll have the platform to influence structure, drive innovation, and shape procurement strategy in alignment with wider business goals. The remit spans complex, high-value programmes, requiring someone with the confidence, presence and drive to deliver at pace.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of leading procurement at scale, ideally within FM, construction, or wider built environment categories
• Experience managing £multi-million procurement portfolios and delivering commercial strategies that drive tangible cost and efficiency gains
• Strong transformation background – you’ve led change, not just supported it, and can demonstrate long-term business impact
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at C-suite level
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams in dynamic, complex environments
• Strong commercial acumen and a data-led approach to procurement decision-making
