Job Description:

Join the Markets Operations Transformation team and design, develop, and deliver programs working closely across the Macro and Spread lines of business.

As a Vice President in Markets Operations Transformation - Program Management, you will hold a key leadership role within the Transformation Team, responsible for driving delivery across multiple geographic and regulatory jurisdictions through process redesign, data, and technology. You will collaborate with the Macro and Spread lines of business to advance our progress and delivery.

Job responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and drive execution of key programs across various Markets Operations areas.
• Support governance infrastructure and protocols, including data-driven analysis for senior management.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, collaborating with teams across Sales & Trading, Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and other functions.
• Define objectives, project planning, resource management, oversee execution, and report to senior management.
• Utilize digital tools and technologies to develop scalable, innovative solutions.
• Lead problem-solving and data-driven decision-making, including process design, re-engineering, and target state modeling.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence colleagues at all levels.
• Experience in delivering projects from inception to implementation with clear objectives and key results.
• Financial services experience in Markets (Foreign exchange, Commodities, Derivatives) or related areas; knowledge of industry regulations.
