Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP) in Darlington is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work closely with the Contracts & Procurement Manager to manage supplier onboarding, qualification and procurement activities.

The role involves maintaining the Approved Supplier List, handling PO admin, reviewing quotations, supporting RFQs and tendering, and building relationships across finance, legal, technical and operations.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in supply chain, procurement, purchasing or commercial support.
• 0Experience maintaining supplier databases or an Approved Supplier List.
• Experience with supplier risk management processes.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate supplier onboarding, qualification and due diligence activities.
• Maintain NEP's Approved Supplier List (ASL) with accurate supplier records and compliance docs.
• Manage purchase order administration and review supplier quotations and terms.
• Support supplier research, market engagement and commercial evaluations.
• Assist with RFQs, tendering activities and procurement strategies.
• Maintain procurement documentation and audit trails.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across finance, legal, technical and operations.
• Contribute to improving procurement processes and supplier management practices.
