Job summary

Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP) in Darlington is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator to support day-to-day procurement activities across the business. You will work with the Contracts & Procurement Manager to onboard suppliers, manage the Approved Supplier List and assist with tenders and procurement strategies.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement or related fields, strong Excel and governance understanding, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in supply chain, procurement or commercial support.
• Experience coordinating supplier onboarding, qualification, due diligence or supplier management.
• Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier onboarding, qualification and due diligence activities.
• Maintain NEP’s Approved Supplier List (ASL) with accurate supplier records and compliance docs.
• Manage purchase orders and support review of supplier quotations and terms.
• Assist with supplier research, market engagement and commercial evaluations.
• Support RFQs, tendering activities and development of procurement strategies.
• Maintain procurement documentation and audit trails; build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Contribute to improved procurement processes and governance.
