Job summary

Alpine Formula One Team is seeking a highly organised Procurement Coordinator to join our procurement team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will support administration, monitor supplier deliveries, progress purchase orders and assist sourcing activities in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Enstone, you will report to the Procurement Manager and work with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with Excel and ERP experience (Microsoft AX desirable) will help you excel in reporting, cost control

Qualifications

• Highly organised and detail oriented
• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP literate (Microsoft AX desirable)
• Numerate and analytical with ability to work accurately under pressure
• Resilient, proactive and solutions-focused

Responsibilities

• Progress and chase open purchase orders, providing timely updates on delivery status and potential delays.
• Create and issue purchase orders accurately on behalf of buyers.
• Support the issuing of free issue components.
• Assist with supplier invoice query resolution.
• Produce and distribute procurement reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes.
• Undertake additional tasks as required by the Procurement Manager or Head of Procurement.
