Job summary

Pertemps Network Group in Birmingham is seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our office-based team. You will support the full procurement cycle, manage supplier relationships, and optimise stock to meet production demands. A discretionary bonus is available in addition to £51,000 per annum.

The role requires a proven procurement background, strong Excel and IT skills, and the ability to forecast stock and control costs while building cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in procurement and purchasing.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Experience managing a broad range of SKUs.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Support the full procurement cycle including supplier research and PO management.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing.
• Optimise stock levels against sales and production needs.
• Raise purchase orders and validate supplier invoices.
• Provide pricing updates and cost changes to the business.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor deliveries.
