Job summary

Infovista is seeking a Procurement Lead in the United Kingdom to shape and execute procurement strategies across functions. You’ll manage strategic suppliers, contracts and governance, while delivering spend analyses and reporting.

You will drive cost reduction, negotiate key agreements, and coordinate with IT, Legal and HR on facilities projects to support business performance.

Qualifications

• CIPS and/or PRINCE2 or APM certifications preferred.
• Degree-level education in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or Accounting.

The Role & Team:

The Procurement Lead is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that maximise value, reduce costs, and ensure effective supplier management. Working across all business functions, the role supports commercial decision-making, governance compliance, and operational performance while managing key supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver procurement strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Drive cost reduction and value creation initiatives.
• Manage supplier performance, risks, and relationships.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance and policy requirements.
• Deliver spend analysis and procurement reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
• Provide oversight of office management, facilities and workplace operations, ensuring effective, efficient and professional service delivery.
• Oversee office and facilities leases, including renewals, negotiations, contractual obligations, costs and ongoing relationship management with landlords and service providers.
• Manage facilities requirements and workplace-related projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders ( IT , Legal , HR ...) and external providers as required.

Qualifications

• CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) and or PRINCE2 or APM Project Management certifications
• Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) in: Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance or Accounting, Commercial Management.
