Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an Interim Procurement Transformation Lead to steer a major public sector transformation from London. The role focuses on redesigning end-to-end procurement and contract management processes to deliver a more efficient, compliant, value-driven function.

The assignment runs until October 2027, offering up to £600 per day (Inside IR35). You will engage senior stakeholders, map processes, establish governance, and drive cross-functional execution across procurement,

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading procurement or commercial transformation programmes.
• Proven track record in business process redesign and operating model development.
• Deep understanding of procurement, contract management and the wider commercial life-cycle.
• Experience working within large, complex organisations.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong process mapping, governance and business analysis capabilities.
