Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Interim Procurement Manager for a London-based not-for-profit to lead procurement on a major digital transformation. You will negotiate MSAs and SoWs, manage strategic technology suppliers, and drive end-to-end sourcing to support system integration.

You will provide commercial guidance to Technology, Transformation, Legal, Finance and Operations teams and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring project delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Procurement, Commercial, or Contracts Management.
• DDaT, Technology, or IT procurement background.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or system implementation programmes.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience managing MSAs, SoWs, and contract variations.
• CIPS qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activity across a major digital transformation programme.
• Negotiate and manage technology contracts including MSAs and SoWs.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive supplier performance.
• Support integration of core business systems and act as commercial lead for procurement.
• Deliver end-to-end sourcing: market engagement, tendering, evaluation, award, mobilisation.
• Provide commercial advice to stakeholders across Technology, Transformation, Legal, Finance and Operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Lead procurement processes and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
