Job summary

Eurocell is recruiting a Procurement Stock Administrator to ensure stock availability and uninterrupted production through proactive planning, forecasting, and supplier management. The role focuses on end-to-end procurement, stock reconciliation, and data reporting to support operations.

Based at the Compdoor site in Newcastle-under-Lyme, this position requires experience in procurement processes and strong Excel skills to drive efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchase order management, stock reconciliation, inventory reporting, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Strong problem solving and decision making attitude.
• Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous supply chain or procurement knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily End-to-end procurement processes to ensure production lines are not impacted
• Build a strong Supplier relationship to limit product shortages
• Ensure all Stock control and inventory is accounted for daily and reported to the wider team
• Forecast and forward plan with suppliers and production team
• Liaise with the production team and wider business to ensure all production is known
