Eurocell Recycling in Ilkeston is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the Infeed team. You will handle supplier inquiries, build relationships, and support both delivery and purchasing processes at our Ilkeston site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration or Purchasing
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Computer literate including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Working as part of a fast paced and dynamic team cross functionally
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with new and future suppliers
• Respond to supplier enquiries via phone and email
• Liaise with Transport and Administration regarding deliveries and collections
• Review market trends and conduct analysis for new supplier proposals
• Provide data on supplier trends and volumes to the Recycling Commercial Manager
