Job summary

Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a skilled Stock Controller for a window and door manufacturing site in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on controlling stock, ensuring availability for production, and maintaining accurate records.

You will work closely with Purchasing, Production, Planning and Warehouse teams to optimise stock levels and support timely customer orders. The successful candidate will have proven stock control experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of uPVC

Qualifications

Proven Stock Controller experience within window and door manufacturing essential.
Knowledge of stock control and inventory management within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Maintain stock accuracy across profiles, hardware, glass, foils and components.
Ensure materials are available to support production schedules and customer orders.
Carry out regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies.
Manage stock movements, goods-in and goods-out processes.
Work with Purchasing, Production, Planning, Stores and Warehouse teams.
Identify stock shortages and raise issues impacting production.
Maintain accurate records and update stock management systems.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and system errors.
Support stock takes and maintain good housekeeping within stock areas.
