Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Procurement Stock Administrator to manage end-to-end procurement, supplier management and inventory control for the Compdoor operation based at Newcastle Under Lyme.

This site-based role runs 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, plus benefits such as Healthcare Cash Plan, 3x Salary Life Assurance, staff and product discounts, and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchase order management and stock reconciliation.
• Inventory reporting and strong supplier relationships.
• Advanced Excel and Office Suite knowledge.
• Previous supply chain or procurement knowledge and experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end procurement to avoid production delays.
• Build strong supplier relationships to limit shortages.
• Ensure stock control and inventory reporting daily.
• Forecast and forward plan with suppliers and production.
• Liaise with production to align on schedules.
