You will work closely with sales, vendor and supplier teams to own the quotation lifecycle and ensure pricing accuracy and margin compliance.

This is a hybrid role with remote and office-based collaboration. The successful candidate will deliver quotations within SLA, manage approvals, and drive continuous improvements to quotation

Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Procurement Quotations Specialist on behalf of our client based in Portsmouth.

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales process through the creation of accurate, commercially competitive quotations. Working closely with sales, vendor and supplier teams, you will take ownership of the quotation process, ensuring pricing accuracy, margin compliance and excellent turnaround times.

• Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to margin requirements.

• Deliver quotations within agreed SLA turnaround times.
• Monitor quote volumes and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve quotation processes and efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a quotations, procurement, pricing or commercial support role.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.

Location: Hybrid – Remote & Office Based
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
