Amour Recruitment is recruiting for a Procurement Quotations Specialist on behalf of our client in Portsmouth. The role focuses on creating accurate, commercially competitive quotations and owning the quotation process to ensure pricing accuracy and margin compliance.

You will collaborate with sales, vendor and supplier teams, manage quote approvals, and deliver quotations within SLA turnaround times. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement combining remote work with office-based

Qualificações

• Previous experience in quotations, procurement, pricing or commercial support.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across sales, vendor and supplier teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of pricing and margin management.
• Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage customer quotations in line with agreed pricing frameworks.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to margin requirements.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information.
• Manage quote approval processes and maintain supporting documentation.
• Deliver quotations within agreed SLA turnaround times.
• Monitor quote volumes and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve quotation processes and efficiencies.
