Job summary

Amour Recruitment in Portsmouth is seeking a Procurement Quotations Specialist to support the sales process by creating accurate, commercially competitive quotations. You will work closely with sales, vendor and supplier teams to own the quotation lifecycle and ensure pricing accuracy and margin compliance.

This is a hybrid role with remote and office-based collaboration. The successful candidate will deliver quotations within SLA, manage approvals, and drive continuous improvements to quotation

Qualifications

• Experience in quotations, procurement, pricing or commercial support roles.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across sales, vendor and supplier teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Commercial awareness of pricing and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage customer quotations in line with pricing frameworks.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to margin requirements.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information.
• Manage quote approvals and maintain supporting documentation.
• Deliver quotations within SLA turnaround times.
• Monitor quote volumes and identify process improvement opportunities.
