Job summary

NUVIA UK’s Technical Services & Consulting division seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Owners Scope procurement activities and reporting across the programme. You will plan, coordinate procurement packages delivered by the Owner, maintain governance, and provide clear performance reporting for decisions.

BPSS clearance is required at basic level. This role is hybrid, based in Warrington, with opportunities across the country.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in PM, Engineering, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• PM accreditation (APM PMQ, PRINCE2, PMP) preferred; procurement/commercial qualifications (CIPS) advantageous.
• Experience in regulated or complex infrastructure environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain package schedules, cost forecasts and risk/issue logs; monitor supplier performance and drive timely resolution of delivery, commercial and technical issues to protect programme milestones.
• Manage interfaces between Owners Scope suppliers and the wider delivery organisation to ensure clear handoffs, access, integration and commissioning readiness.
• Stakeholder engagement - chair/attend package progress reviews, supplier meetings and interface workshops; ensure actions are captured and closed.
• Governance & compliance - maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with project controls and information management requirements.
• Continuous improvement - promote collaboration and consistent ways of working across procurement, commercial and project controls teams and delivery partners.
