Job summary

Leonardo Helicopters is seeking a Procurement Account Manager to join the Procurement team at Yeovil. The role is hybrid with 2/3 days on site and includes leading Integrated Project Teams (IPT) for procurement, ensuring budget, lead times and quality for developed equipment, and reporting progress regularly.

The position is level 6 on the S&CPF framework, offering broad exposure across functions and a focus on data manipulation and stakeholder influence. Previous SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement process and practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to challenge where appropriate.
• Ability to manage a high workload in a pressured environment and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assurances by the purchasing team on budget, lead time and quality and manage new development equipment.
• Set up mechanisms to report progress monthly.
• Act as conduit between buyers, programmes and functions to ensure timely orders and information flows.
