Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd is seeking a mid-level procurement and production coordinator for luxury interiors projects in London. The role oversees procurement, bespoke furniture and lighting production, and supplier relationships across the studio and its FF&E collection.

You will work with furniture manufacturers and specialist suppliers, interpreting drawings and coordinating schedules to meet project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in furniture and lighting production, FF&E procurement or manufacturing coordination.
• Experience within the luxury interiors sector.
• Experience working with furniture manufacturers, specialist suppliers and workshops.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, finishes and lead times.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate production schedules.
• Experience managing purchasing, supplier quotations, project budgets and costs.

Hunter Dunning is working with an internationally recognised interior design practice working on luxury projects world-wide. This mid-level role will oversee procurement, bespoke furniture and lighting production, supplier relationships and project delivery across the studio and their furniture and lighting collection.

Your Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in furniture and lighting production, FF&E procurement or manufacturing coordination
• Experience within the luxury interiors sector
• Experience working with furniture manufacturers, specialist suppliers and workshops
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, finishes and lead times
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate production schedules
• Experience managing purchasing, supplier quotations, project budgets and costs
• Strong organisational, communication and supplier negotiation skills
• Desirable: bespoke furniture, decorative lighting, compliance and FF&E installations

What You’ll Get

• Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum. Flexible for the right person
