Job summary

You will handle budgets, schedules, and supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in related procurement or production, with a strong understanding of furniture and lighting production and technical drawings.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' relevant FF&E procurement or production experience.
• Knowledge of furniture, lighting, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing suppliers, budgets, purchasing and production schedules.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate manufacturing specifications.
• Strong organisational, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage furniture, lighting, fabrics and bespoke FF&E procurement.
• Coordinate manufacturing, sampling, prototypes and production approvals.
• Negotiate supplier quotations and monitor budgets and purchasing costs.
• Oversee international suppliers, quality control and production schedules.
• Coordinate logistics, installations, snagging and final account reconciliation.
• Work with design, technical, commercial and finance teams to manage project needs and procurement documentation.
• Support new furniture and lighting product launches, stock planning, manufacturing compliance and production reporting.
