Job summary

Domestic & General Group in Wimbledon is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to support the Third Party Risk Management & Procurement Team. You will help run procurement systems, supplier onboarding, renewals and reporting across the supplier lifecycle.

You’ll work hands-on with ServiceNow, Workday and Gatekeeper, manage TPSF reporting, data quality and continuous improvement, and collaborate with Procurement, Finance and SRM in a hybrid UK role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Procurement Operations, purchasing administration or procurement systems.
• Strong understanding of Procurement and P2P processes.
• Experience using procurement platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday or Gatekeeper.
• Strong reporting, analysis and data management capability.
• Experience developing process documentation, guidance materials and process maps.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, testing and process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of supplier onboarding, renewals and purchasing processes.
• Maintain operational trackers and management information relating to onboarding, renewals and procurement requests.
• Monitor operational backlogs, workflow bottlenecks and service performance.
• Escalate recurring operational issues and improvement opportunities.
• Support operational readiness for new processes, systems and ways of working.
• Prepare TPSF reporting, dashboards and supporting packs.
• Produce Procurement, TPSF and supplier reporting and develop dashboards.
