Michael Page is recruiting a Procurement Manager in Leeds to lead end-to-end procurement for a Not For Profit organisation. This role works within the central finance and operations team, ensuring best value, compliance with UK public procurement rules, and close collaboration with the CFO, principals and central directors on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience managing procurement in public sector or Not For Profit.
• End-to-end procurement lifecycle experience.
• Knowledge of UK public procurement regulations.
• Maintaining accurate purchasing records.
• Strong supplier relationship management.
• Ability to collaborate with CFO and principals across sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead compliant procurement processes for high value goods and services.
• Develop and deliver the trust's procurement strategy, embedding innovation, sustainability and social value.
• Manage and maintain the trust's forward procurement pipeline.
• Oversee the trust-wide contract register and timely renewals.
• Provide expert commercial advice and training to staff involved in procurement.
• Undertake procurement assurance work, including internal audits and annual reporting to trustees.
• Build effective relationships with suppliers and represent the trust in procurement networks.
• Ensure all procurement activity meets legal, regulatory and internal governance standards.
