Leeds Arts University is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and develop procurement activity across the University. You will manage tender processes, supplier relationships and ensure value for money in a public sector context.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Operations, you will drive procurement projects from planning through to award, with a focus on training colleagues and building procurement capability across the University.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience delivering tenders and managing contracts.
• Extensive knowledge of public sector procurement requirements.
• MCIPS or equivalent qualification pursued or achieved.
• Ability to lead procurement projects from planning to implementation.

• Manage framework call-offs and formal tender processes.
