Job summary

UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing plans and tender activity for the UEFA EURO 2028 programme. Based at Wembley Stadium with UK & Ireland travel, you will drive end-to-end procurement, oversee supplier relations, and work with the legal team to finalise contract terms.

Role requires strong procurement experience, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to values-driven delivery.

Qualifications

Ability to operate in a dynamic working environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong service management delivery for internal and external customers.
Varied procurement experience covering corporate and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

Maintain senior-level internal and external stakeholder and supplier relationships, including The FA Group and UEFA.
Create sourcing plans and tender documentation designed to deliver best value and meet objectives.
Lead end-to-end procurement activity (plan, source, select, manage and deliver) for the entity.
Negotiate and implement agreements with the legal team and UK&I 2028 divisions.
Ensure contracts are negotiated to minimise risk and protect commercial interests.
Support delivery of the Sustainability Strategy through procurement processes.
Liaise with suppliers during tender to ensure information, invites and responses are clear.
Manage pricing analysis and underpin recommendations with financial comparisons.
