Job summary

UK & Ireland 2028 Limited, based at Wembley Stadium, is seeking a Procurement Manager for a fixed-term role (ASAP – Summer 2028) with travel across the UK & Ireland. You will lead end-to-end procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliant, value-driven sourcing to support UEFA EURO 2028 delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration and a focus on risk mitigation and sustainability in procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience handling end-to-end procurement processes for corporate and operational needs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain senior-level internal and external stakeholder and supplier relationships, including The FA Group and UEFA.
• Create sourcing plans and tender documentation with cross-divisional input to deliver best value.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activity: plan, source, select, and deliver.
• Conduct pricing analysis backed by financial comparisons.
• Negotiate and implement supplier agreements with legal teams.
• Ensure contracts minimise risk and support business continuity.
