Job summary

Quorn Foods seeks a Procurement Manager to join the Direct Procurement team on a fixed term contract, predominantly from our Leeds office (LS15) with travel to other sites and suppliers. Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship cannot be offered.

You will develop category strategies, lead negotiations, and ensure supply resilience across UK and Europe, with a focus on cost, quality, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial background within food manufacturing or FMCG, with category strategy experience.
• Experience managing packaging, ingredients or direct materials.
• Track record of delivering savings and supplier value creation.
• Strong negotiation and contract-management capability.
• Analytical skills with ability to use data for decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Passion for healthy, sustainable products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver category and sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, service, sustainability and supply resilience.
• Lead supplier negotiations, tenders, contracts and SLAs; manage total cost and commercial risks.
• Support new product launches, agree supply routes and pricing; maintain SAP records.
• Contribute to wider Direct Procurement priorities and ensure raw materials availability.
