Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Procurement and Projects Manager in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. You will lead end-to-end procurement for a food manufacturing environment, sourcing raw materials and packaging, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

You will build strong supplier relationships, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and work closely with production and planning to avoid stockouts while delivering cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS) desirable.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, ingredients and packaging.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and SLAs to achieve best value.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct audits for quality and delivery.
• Coordinate with production and planning to ensure material availability.
