An exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement transformation professional, with a highly respected Financial Services client…

We are partnering with a leading Financial Services client in the search for an experienced Procurement Manager with business transformation experience.

We are looking for Procurement professionals who have demonstrable experience in complex business transformation projects. This is not a category-led role; you will be working on projects that require outsourcing and third-party delivery across a range of supply commodities including external consulting, finance systems, marketing, IT and HR.

You will be delivering business partnering and commercial support to the business for complex sourcing requirements, which involves end-to-end procurement processes, including running sourcing events. You should be able to develop a deep understanding of business needs and build credible relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

1. Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs, identify cost-saving opportunities, manage demand effectively, and address third-party risk management (TPRM) matters.
2. Leading and managing end-to-end strategic and tactical sourcing projects across multiple categories, selecting appropriate sourcing methods, following formal processes, and coordinating with the business and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
3. Proactively identifying new sourcing initiatives through strong relationships with business leads and the change team.
4. Negotiating commercial and contractual terms with third parties.
5. Enabling budget holders to optimize budgets and deliver business requirements with maximum value and minimal risk.
6. Identifying and delivering cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities, and producing MI reports as needed.
7. Collaborating with Procurement category managers to ensure transformation projects align with activities in IT, Professional Services, and Corporate Services categories, reflecting corporate objectives.

Our client operates a hybrid working model, with 2 days in the office, with locations in central London and Surrey.
