Job Description:

Sia is looking for talented management consultants with a passion for project management, compliance/legal projects, and the tech sector. This role is predominantly for the tech sector but might include assignments in other sectors.

Our consultants work closely with major tech clients’ teams to support their ambitions in an evolving regulatory landscape. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-functional initiatives and solving complex problems.
• Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Delivering projects within compliance, legal, and financial crimes space with strong project management skills.
• Developing experience with market-leading clients on high-visibility projects.
• Supporting a range of other projects across Sia’s client base.
• Growing skills within a next-gen consulting environment.
• Maintaining a flexible mindset and continuous learning.
• Working with UK, Ireland, and Global teams.
• Participating in 12-18 months rotation roles.

As a Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality work directly with clients with limited oversight.
• Managing and supporting cross-functional work streams and projects across multiple clients.
• Synthesizing information from multiple teams to analyze complex issues and mitigate risks.
• Engaging in self-study and training.
• Supporting business development activities such as building practice capabilities, creating content, and marketing.
• Contributing to thought leadership and developing Sia assets.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree (2:1) or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• 4-6 years of management consulting or complex project management experience.
• Experience in compliance/legal areas such as financial crime, sanctions, AML/KYC, risk oversight, regulatory work, legal change, or consumer protection.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
