This is a great opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Procurement Manager in a newly created role within an industry powerhouse.

We are partnering with a leading FTSE 100 global client, recognized for technological innovation and services worldwide. They are at the forefront of developing new technologies.

Due to internal transformation and growth, we seek proactive procurement specialists with experience in outsourced services, particularly managing a niche spend area: Contact Centres. This role offers the chance to develop the category, build relationships with stakeholders and vendors, and influence procurement strategies.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Contact Centre procurement or managing large outsourced contracts for Business Services, with the confidence to challenge norms and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

This dynamic team works closely with peers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, based in West London with a 3-day onsite requirement.
