Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment seeks an experienced Procurement Manager in Craigavon to lead procurement strategy and supplier performance within a busy manufacturing environment.

You will report to senior leadership, develop and execute procurement strategies, and drive cost savings while ensuring continuity of supply across the business. The role also involves leading a small team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years procurement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost-saving experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
• Driving cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are recruiting an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy, supplier performance, and supply chain activities within a busy manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to drive cost savings, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure continuity of supply across the business.

The Role

Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
