Job summary

Sea Global is partnering with a leading organisation within the rail and transport sector to recruit a Procurement Manager to join their growing procurement function.

This role leads end-to-end procurement across goods, works and services, ensuring compliance within a highly regulated rail environment and delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• CIPS qualification, working towards qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience delivering the full procurement lifecycle.
• Experience working within a regulated, technical or operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity across a range of categories and projects, managing spend values in the millions.
• Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies across FM, Construction, Infrastructure, Maintenance, Services, Works, and more.
• Lead complex and high-value procurements and negotiate commercial and contractual terms.
• Identify and manage supplier and supply chain risks and lead supplier due diligence and market engagement.
• Work closely with Contract Management teams to ensure effective supplier performance.
• Utilise spend analysis, procurement data and reporting to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
