Job summary

Sea Global, on behalf of a key housing-sector client, seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead complex, high-value public-sector tenders and help grow a modern, high-performing procurement function.

The role focuses on end-to-end procurement, development of sourcing strategies, and ensuring compliance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 and PA23, while negotiating terms and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Candidates should show end-to-end procurement and tendering experience.
• Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations (PCR 2015 and PA23).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver above-threshold procurements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex, high-value procurements from development through to contract award.
• Manage and lead on full end-to-end tenders.

This role will lead complex and high-value public sector regulated (PCR2015 & PA23) procurement activity across a broad range of categories and projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Can manage multiple priorities at once and has strong stakeholder management skills.
• CIPS or working towards (desirable but not essential)
